 Unfortunately trying to source quality osage is not an easy task. but I try to keep it in stock when availible. please inquire about our seconds if needed. Approximately 68"- 72" x 1" x 1 1/2" .  These dimensional Pieces of lumber DO NOT follow the growth rings and WILL NEED a Backing of some sort.

    It took over 3 months to fulfill the order, however it was worth the wait. The stave, backings, etc were of excellent quality and the finished bow will be outstanding. I highly recommend Bowskin for your bow making needs.

    The Osage Orange that I purchased was of an extremely good quality. It was very straight and dense, the grain was tight; perfect for a longbow. I glued up and roughed out a bow as soon as I got it. It took a long time to get the wood, but it was worth the wait.

    Very impressed with the product. Beautiful piece of wood. I am even more impressed with the personal service I received from the "company." they contacted me individually and offered any help I might need. Because of this, I am about to buy more product from them. Nicely done Bowskin.
